I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott Baku, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's prime location, immaculate facilities, and top-notch service make it a standout choice for any traveler. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's design and upkeep was evident and greatly appreciated. A special mention must be made for Mr. Ramal and Mr. Shahri, whose service went above and beyond. Mr. Ramal's warm hospitality and keen attention to guest needs made me feel truly valued. He was always ready with a smile and eager to assist, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Mr.Shahri, with his professional demeanor and excellent knowledge of the area, provided invaluable assistance and made great recommendations that enhanced my visit to Baku. The hotel's dining options were also top-notch, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a range of choices to start the day right. Overall, my stay at the Courtyard Marriott Baku was outstanding. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Ramal and Mr. Sahari made it a memorable experience. ROOM 524 quickly became my home away from home. It was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The garden in front of the hotel was a beautiful addition—I enjoyed waking up each day to the serene view from my room, which made me feel great and set a positive tone for the day. I found it so hard to leave—if I could, I would have stayed much longer! Unfortunately, my time in Baku came to an end, and I had to return to Pakistan, but I’ll always have fond memories of my stay here. A special mention goes to MATLABS from the staff, who was simply AMAZING. His exceptional service and genuine care made my stay even more ENJOYABLE. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is commendable, from the well-maintained facilities to the delicious breakfast options that got my days off to a great start. The place is clean, comfortable, I really loved their shampoos, lotion for body, even thinking of ordering the same for using at home. They cleaned my room everyday, the bed was very comfortable, it was really quiet, location is great, staff is amazing, all of them are so cute, I remember Mehman, Niko, Kamran who brought me food and also a guy who brought me a birthday cake:) hotel congratulated me with my birthday, which was so nice 🌝
