Courtyard by Marriott Baku

The hotel was super clean and the staff was helpful in guiding us to explore the city. The hotel has a great location. Nizami street is 15min walk away and supermarket is adjacent. Taxi and Uber (which is called Bolt here) is available 24/7 and very economical to use. Hotel had an ATM which can give Manats in exchange of Dollars which is great to have.

I recently booked a 4-day stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Baku through Booking.com, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Hotel: The Courtyard by Marriott Baku exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, they allowed me an early check-in due to my flight schedule, without any hassle. To my surprise, they even upgraded my room for free! The staff throughout my stay were consistently polite and friendly. The hotel is in a very good location and looks like a palace from the outside. It has many amenities but does not offer a swimming pool. There is a local convenience store just a few yards away which is ideal for everyone especially families with young children. Nizami st is very close too. A lot of the tourist sites are near and you can try local restaurants which are not far.

Location was very central. Housekeeping was exceptional, very clean rooms. Breakfast spread was decent. Good view from the rooms. Very comfortable beds although small. Supermarket right next to the hotel. Reception staff friendly.

I had an ABSOLUTELY fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Baku. From the moment I checked in, everything was just perfect. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is ideal, providing easy access to the heart of the city while still offering a peaceful retreat. ROOM 524 quickly became my home away from home. It was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The garden in front of the hotel was a beautiful addition—I enjoyed waking up each day to the serene view from my room, which made me feel great and set a positive tone for the day. I found it so hard to leave—if I could, I would have stayed much longer! Unfortunately, my time in Baku came to an end, and I had to return to Pakistan, but I’ll always have fond memories of my stay here. A special mention goes to MATLABS from the staff, who was simply AMAZING. His exceptional service and genuine care made my stay even more ENJOYABLE. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is commendable, from the well-maintained facilities to the delicious breakfast options that got my days off to a great start. The entire staff was outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Baku to anyone visiting the city.
